This means they'd have to eat EIGHT each day in order to get the full value they need. Calcium is only 25% and Vitamin D is the best, but still only 50%.This next part is far more subjective, and I think the flavor tastes like heavy vanilla frosting, but neither of my kids likes it. My picky 7-year-old spit it out and started crying (admittedly a bit extreme), while my "good eater" (age 5) ate it anyway but informed me he didn't like it.
